Important Notice Regarding Barclay’s Wine Alcoholic Orders and Deliveries

Purchasers ordering wine through Barclay’s Wine website should be aware of the following:

Recipients must be 21 years old or older to receive wine.  All shipments of wine are delivered by UPS or a certified courier service, and the signature of an adult is required at the time of delivery.  By signing for the package, the recipient is confirming that they are at least 21 years of age.  Any misrepresentation to the courier is unlawful, and any violation will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

Barclay’s Wine guarantees that all products are of acceptable quality. Members will never pay for a wine they do not like. If members receive a product they do not like, we will replace or refund the unused product in question up to 180 days from date of purchase. Credit or replacement will be provided after the unused product has been returned.

Due to the limited availability of our Fine and Rare Wines, there are no refunds, returns or exchanges of Fine and Rare Wines.  Once the wine has been shipped from our cellar, the sale is final.

There is no fee for membership. Members can cancel anytime after 30 days upon receipt of product, but must speak to a Customer Service Representative by calling 1-888-380-2337.  However, once the shipment has already been charged, the customer is responsible for the shipment, and the cancellation will be processed for future shipments.

There is a maximum of one introductory case per household.  In the unlikely event that a wine is not available, Barclay’s Wine reserves the right to substitute a product of like quality.

Once a package has shipped from our facility it is the customer's responsibility. If a package is returned to us there will be a $22 restocking fee. Barclay’s reserves the right to provide store credits in lieu of  refunds for returned merchandise. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Barclay Bucks Terms of Service

Barclay Bucks are awarded to customers of Barclay’s Wine each time they order on-line at barclayswine.com. The amount of Barclay Bucks earned on every order will be calculated as a percentage of the purchase price of each order which may change from time to time with little or no advance notice. The cost of delivery will be excluded from the calculation. Barclay’ Bucks will automatically be provided to the customers Barclay’s Bin account at the time the order is confirmed. Barclay Bucks cannot be applied unless the customer has a Barclay’s Bin account which is free to open and for which there is no cost to maintain. The user email address for the Barclay’s Bin account must be the same email address as the Barclay’s Wine account in order for Barclay Bucks to properly apply. Barclay Bucks will be credited on all orders retroactive to the launch of the program at such time as the customer properly opens their Barclay’s Bin account. Credits are not transferable from one person or account to a different person or account. Whenever an order is placed at Barclay’s Bin, any Barclay Bucks or other credits that may be in the account at the time will automatically be deducted from the purchase price and any additional cost will be charged to the designated credit card. If the amount of the credit in the account exceeds the amount of the order, there will be no charge for the order and excess credits will remain in the account for future use. Barclay Bucks may only be used for purchases at Barclay’s Bin and is not transferable to Barclay’s Wine. Credits may be used the same as cash at Barclay’s Bin but may not be redeemed for cash and have no cash value. If Barclay’s Wine orders are cancelled or returned, the associated Barclay’s Bin credit will be removed. If the credit has already been used, the customer’s credit card on file will be charged for the amount of the related credit previously applied as associated with the cancelled order. Barclay Bucks will not expire without 90 day notice to the customer.
